You know what, for me this is exactly the restaurant St.Gallen has waiting for. It’s cool, it’s cozy and the meals are indescribably good! You have to try it! Don’t be shy and please just go there and enjoy the atmosphere! Just be courageous and open to new things and they’ll make you feel like you’re on vacation. And if you like it the same way I do – tell your friends!
The Pinch Restaurant is a foodie haven in the heart of St Gallen. An urban bistro of sorts, with great innovative food, great coffee, fun cocktails and a homely relaxed vibe.
And if you need a menu suggestion: Try the UDON Soup! If you have never been to Japan until today, I’ll tell you what it is: It is a hot soup with wheat flour noodle. The noddles (called Udon) are thicker than the familiar Japanese soba noodles. They leave you feeling satiated but not stuffed. However this bowl is packed with protein, vegetables, and noodles in a savory soy ginger broth. I love it! Fight those cool days, under the weather moments or let’s cuddle nights in with the udon soup. And now it’s time to grab a bowl, spoon, and buddy to get our slurp on!
