Sandra runs GanzOhni at Lattich in St. Gallen, a place that feels like visiting friends — relaxed, welcoming, and paired with a good Italian coffee. Her selection focuses on organic products, sourced regionally whenever possible, and mostly offered in bulk.
Since May 2025, she has been offering a range of organic bulk foods here. The integrated café serves Italian coffee and matcha lattes, while the cozy atmosphere invites you to take your time and shop without pressure. From Wednesday to Friday, Sandra also prepares vegetarian, organic lunch dishes.
The location is ideal: right along the bike path between east and west, close to the train station, at the Güterbahnhof stop of the Appenzeller Bahnen line, and near the Kreuzbleiche highway exit. GanzOhni at Lattich is a place where sustainability and enjoyment come together.
